Your Station Profile can supply your station name, audience, format, presenter and tone. Add brand guidance where useful. It is optional: you can start with a short brief and improve the profile later.

Use confirmed names, dates, offers and required sponsor wording. Supply source text for story adaptations and interview research. These tools help you write and organise; they do not independently verify your sources or fetch a story just because you paste its URL.

Supported long-text fields accept plain-text (.txt) files by dropping or selecting them. Word and PDF documents are not supported there: paste the relevant text instead.

In Show Running Order, add your segments and their durations. Drag the segment handles to change the order, or use the up and down buttons on mobile or with a keyboard. Set fixed starts where needed and review gaps, overlaps and the total before generating your presenter notes.

Noticeboard and listener-message workflows also let you organise individual items. Keep the source details attached to the correct item when rearranging.

Select a matching address from the place suggestions and wait for it to resolve. Set your station timezone in your profile. The weather tool uses live forecast data and, from 6pm in the selected timezone, automatically focuses on tonight and tomorrow. You can choose the forecast period yourself and select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Review the forecast date, place and final wording before air. Address lookup identifies the place; the spoken read uses the locality rather than announcing a street address.

On a paid plan, open Image Generator to create artwork from a brief or edit an uploaded photo. Add optional reference images to guide the colours, subject or style. In upload-edit mode, the first image is the photo to change and the others are references.

Choose Photo, Illustration, Cartoon, Watercolour or Oil painting, then square, portrait or landscape. Quality and download settings include PNG, JPEG and WebP; transparency requires PNG or WebP. Upload up to three images, 2 MB each, with a maximum of 4096 pixels per side.

Finished artwork appears in Your saved images. Choose Edit this image to create a new version while keeping the original. Each generation or edit uses credits, and AI may change details you wanted to preserve. Uploaded references are processed for that request; they are not saved as a reusable reference library.

Free accounts receive a monthly top-up to 5,000 credits for selected tools. Every paid plan unlocks all tools: Light has 50,000 monthly credits, Enthusiast 110,000 and Professional 350,000. The difference is the allowance, not priority access.

Generation and AI refinements use credits. The amount varies by tool, input, output and media settings; a credit balance is not a guaranteed number of words. Check usage in your account and compare AUD or USD pricing before subscribing.

Before broadcasting, check facts, pronunciation, sponsor requirements and timing. Read-time estimates are a guide; rehearse important reads. Identify AI-generated voices as synthetic.
